About Us
Maktab Foundation Bangladesh is a non-political, non-profit, and voluntary organization dedicated to reviving basic Islamic education across the country. We work to restore inactive or closed maktabs, develop qualified teachers through training, and introduce modern, creative teaching methods. We believe that a maktab is not just a school; it is one of the key means for attaining success in both this world and the Hereafter.
Our work includes identifying and reopening inactive or closed maktabs, recruiting and training teachers, improving curriculum and infrastructure, establishing a transparent online donation system, raising public awareness about the importance of maktab education, and more.
